Position Description: Join the dedicated team at this facility. Fully responsible for daily operations of Surgical Services area. BSN minimum, MSN preferred, CNOR preferred.  Reports to the CNO who is progressive, involved in state level professional organizations and projects.  The CNO really does what is necessary to support growth and learning in the direct care level staff through the upper management. We offer an optimal patient care environment by providing a longer length of stay and a more resource-intensive level .
