Position Description: Directs, administers and plans the daily operations, activities and personnel for the risk management program to include but not limited to identifying, evaluating and implementing corrective action against risks that may result in injury to elevate liability. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Strategic planning for growth.
Experience Required: Must be RN for this position with Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in related field of study. Education may be substituted for relevant experience
Ability to communicate effectively; Ability to direct and manage projects and/or programs; Ability to prepare technical reports; Advanced computer skillsLeadership experience.
