Facility Description: Large 240 bed facility with expanded surgical capabilities, excellent nursing staff and dynamic leadership team.

 
Position Description: Responsible for daily operations of large medical unit, with potential for expansion. Supervise 60 FTE's. Responsible for professional development, mentoring, development of operational strategies and assuring highest quality of care.



Experience Required: Must be RN with extensive medical skills and leadership skills. BSN preferred.
