Position Description: This position is over 3 facilities. Average combined annual visits is 150,000. Acute care, not for profit system. Over 300 people supervised. Reports to Service Line Director. This position is responsible for budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, phyician relationship building, professional development of staff and other leadership responsibilities.
Experience Required: Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Must have leadership experience in large acute care Emergency Rooms. Training and education as a team leaders, facilitator, and team builder preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
Experience: Minimum of five years in one of the following areas: Emergency Services
Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in computers for quality programs: Must have the ability to effectively communicate knowledge and information to all hospital staff, team members, patients and families.
