Position Description:

 The C.O.T.A. functions under the general supervision of Occupational Therapist, assists in treatment planning and maintenance of the patients’ optimum level of independence in daily life tasks based upon assessed needs and projected outcomes.  The C.O.T.A. actively participates in departmental activities and processes

Requirements: Minimum: Certification in OT.
