Facility Description: 240 bed acute care facility with high census and dynamic leadership team.
Position Description: Responsible for all daily clinical operations of the surgical unit, reporting directly to the CNO. Highly challenging position utilizing your management and clinical skills to mentor professional growth for nursing staff , to develop operational strategies, and achieve positive patient outcomes through quality care. Responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, to include patient care and staff management. Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Experience Required: RN with BSN preferred. Three years clinical experience and two years of management experience.
